They did help us by calling another hotel. They agreed that what the hotel was doing seemed unfair, but they couldn't do anything. I asked to speak to the manager, he refused. The person checking in has to be 25, which I am.) The clerk kept saying, "This is a family hotel," something I could not get clarification on. I asked where it said this rule in their contract and the clerk said it was on the website. The clerk then stated that he needed to see IDs of all people staying that everyone had to be over 25. The truth was that we would only have 7 Friday and then 10 Saturday so I explained that I would just find another room for the remaining 3 to stay at. However, they immediately informed me that the rooms were for 7 people only so we could not stay there. I said 10, with full disclosure and expecting to pay the additional fee per person as advertised in my Travelocity email. When we got there at 7pm on Friday, I was asked how many people were staying. We booked two rooms for Friday and Saturday night. (Spoiler: Eventually the cops were called.) I booked two rooms for 7 people in April for a trip in August.
